I'll Never Get It Outta My Mind

The chorus of Love Hangover keeps playing over and over and over again in my head.

I'm blaming groggicrankiness and Diablo.

In the meantime, let me share a recipe with you. It's easy peasy and sure to pleasy all your lowbrow co-workers who won't touch anything that looks like it hasn't come out of a can or is outside the scope of their limited food realities (like a delicious cous cous salad).

Necessary Ingredients: 1 (or 2) pkg of frozen chopped broccoli. 1 small can evaporated milk. 1 can of cheddar cheese soup. Stuffing (I like to use cornbread stuffing).

Unnecessary (for some) Ingredients: Sapphire Martini with Garlic-stuffed Olive

Necessary Steps:

In microwave, cook frozen broccoli.
In bowl, mix cheddar cheese soup and evaporated milk.
In pot, make about 2 cups of stuffing according to directions on pkg.

Grease 8x8 (or so) baking dish.
Add broccoli.
Pour soup mixture evenly over broccoli.
Spoon stuffing on top.

Bake at 350 for approx. 30 minutes (maybe less) until stuffing looks crispy-ish.

Unnecessary (for some) Steps: Drink Martini while cooking

Voila! You are done! And possibly a little tipsy!
