Good Morning, Kittens! Here's a quick photographic rundown of my day, yesterday. However, this may seem like old news for those of you who are all hip and with it and following my twitter/plurk/facebook updates. I guess you can just deal with it. Or revel in the glory that is me. Hurrah! I met CNTBD at Zaytinya for lunch. I had retsina ... and we ate many yummy mezze. And had dessert. Mmmm: Then, I headed over to the salon ... this is why: Before During After Welcome to my Natural Color. As Gawd as mah witness, you will Never See it Again! Hair all purty, I lurked in coffee shops and bookstores, until I could meet my friend, Carolyn, for Happy Hour(s). We went to Jack's (on 17th St). 1/2 Price Bottle of Wine Night! *w00t!* Then, we had martinis. Then, we were durnk and we came home: The End. More later. *smooches*

Waiting

Good Morning, Kittens. I'm waiting for FedEx this morning. They are coming to pick up the Nokia 6650, which I test-drove for a few weeks. I will be typing up a little review about my thoughts this week about the phone. Stay tuned. You can, of course, see pictures (I'm Chapter 2!) various bloggers took using the phone here . There were still 2 speakers and a moderated panel discussion left. We probably should have skipped the first speakers by arriving later. That might have been better. On the plus side, there were several cute boys in attendance. On the minus side, why is every man in DC so short? Napolean complex? After leaving the symposium, Dana and I goofed around the Natural History Museum for awhile. We headed back to Silver Spring, picking up some Obama cookies at the Safeway before heading to McGinty's for hap...

See? I'm happy. Damn it. I'm not upset about not being able to take the fucking day off. SEE? HAPPY! And, since I am in a better mood, here's a rundown of yesterday evening: Haircut! I *heart* my stylist. I look even supercuter than usual. Then, I met Robert at Dupont and we went to dinner at Luna Cafe. 1/2 Price Bottles of Wine! Mmmm ... Bargain! I also had the Fresh Mozzarella, Tomato and Basil sandwich on 7-grain bread. YUM. Then, I went home and blobbed around the house. Chatted online with a friend. Stayed up way too late, because ... well ... I thought I was going to have the DAY OFF and maybe be able to TAKE A NAP. Dammit. Happy. Happy thoughts. I'm treating myself to Chipotle today for lunch. I deserve it!
