Good Morning, Kittens! How was your Wednesday? Chock full of fun and excitement? Mine certainly was ... After finishing laundry (clean clothes! yayz!), Tomokito came down. We had drinks and listened to Madonna's new album, Hard Candy (which VUBOQ gives two thumbs up - WAY UP!). In fact, I'm listening to it. right. now. too. The drink of the evening may sound a bit weird, but it was good. I made vodka tonics. The twist was that the ice cubes had frozen peach slices in them. So, as the ice melted the drink started to get a fruity-peachy flavor. Delicious! Srsly. Tomokito and I talked about our plans to see Sex and the City: The Movie . I had promised her that we would go see it for her birthday; however, Y wants to go to New York City that weekend [May 30-June 1]. I had a brilliant idea! Tomokito could ride up with us to NYC, and we could see the movie there! At least it was brilliant until I told Y about it later. Y's response: "You want to see a movie?! In New York?! ...

December has barely started and I'm already tired of my Xmas music ... so I went to Borders to get some new CDs (I bought CDs! How Old School!). I was really wanting to buy Barbra Streisand's Xmas Album (You know I have a thing for Jews singing Xmas Music), but, in the end, purchased the following: Josh Groban's Noel , Harry Connick, Jr's Harry for the Holidays , and The Most Fabulous Christmas Album Ever [Ann-Margaret's " Santa Baby, It's Cold Outside" sealed the deal] Blah blah blah. That's about it. I have some fun pix and video on my camera, but I can't upload them at work. Stay tuned for a final, well, final for this Snow Event, Snow-Filled Post later on this evening.

I'm listening to my AlphaList CD now (ok. Actually, it's 2 CDs, because only A through R would fit on the first CD), and it ROCKS! You know you want it. And you know how you get it? Do you? You beg and plead and offer me all sorts of sexual favors. OR ... You make an AlphaList CD of your own and send it to me. Check out Goblinbox's post for all the details. So far, I think I'm exchanging CDs with Chelsea, Sassy, and Goblinbox. Is that right? Hm. The CD seems to be skipping during some songs. WHY? I may need to reburn it. You can reburn CDs, right?

I realized that some of you may be relatively new to reading this little corner of the intarwebez and, thus, may not grasp the extreme cultural significance of the dates of the Global Blogger Meetup, March 16-18. A few of you came close, realizing that March 17th is Saint Patrick's Day. However, something much more auspicious happened on March 17th ... The world was blessed with the presence of ME. VUBOQ. The Wonderful. The Kind. The Giving. And it has never been the same. It's been much, much better. Trust me. So, if you decide to join the Meetup, you will also get to celebrate the anniversary of my birth. What could be more exciting than that? I have no idea. Lessee ... in other exciting news, I made more Spicy Chinese Noodle Soup last night. I have been feeling a bit under the weather. *cough* *hack* I feel a bit better (of course, I went to bed around 9 last night), but still a little like I'm on the verge of being worse. I am loading myself up with vitam...

Mush, over on the 'box, had this idea of making Alphalist CDs and sending them to each other. I managed to cobble together a list just now. I haven't listened to it all the way through, so I may make some changes before I burn it and send it to her (hm. I've never burned a CD. How does one do that?).
